On November 6, 2026, Binance published its latest update on the restoration of cryptoasset withdrawals. According to the company, the new phase was scheduled to begin that day at 04:00 UTC, or 08:00 Yerevan time.

Withdrawals are being reopened gradually, after the necessary checks for each asset and blockchain network have been completed. Binance said that not all the options listed in the announcement would become available at the same time.

Which Assets and Networks Are Covered by the Update?

The November 6 announcement lists planned withdrawals on BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche C-Chain, TRON and Sui. A separate list of assets is provided for each network.

For example, the new list includes ZRO and BREV on Base, XRP and CAKE on Ethereum, and FDUSD on Sui. This does not mean that withdrawals are being restored for every cryptoasset available on those networks.

According to Binance, deposit services remain open. Withdrawal availability should be checked for the specific asset and network on the relevant page of the platform.

The Restoration Process Began Earlier

In its November 3 announcement, Binance said that withdrawals for selected assets and networks had already reopened during the initial phase on November 1. A further expansion was scheduled for November 3.

The November 6 update shows that the restoration process is continuing in stages. An earlier announced start date should therefore not be interpreted as the date when withdrawals for all assets were fully restored.

What Binance Has Reported About the Security Incident

According to Binance’s preliminary report published on November 3, the security incident occurred on October 29. The company estimated the value of the digital assets affected by the incident at approximately USD 6.34 billion.

The same report stated that the investigation was ongoing and that its findings remained subject to further independent review. The figure should therefore be treated as an estimate published by the company.

Binance also said it would absorb the financial impact of the stolen funds without passing the losses on to users. This is Binance’s stated commitment; it does not, by itself, confirm that all transfers will be processed immediately or that the consequences of the incident have been fully resolved.

What to Consider When Checking Withdrawal Availability

Binance warned that temporary delays and longer processing times may occur during the phased reopening. An asset being available for withdrawal on one network does not mean that withdrawals are available for the same asset on every network.

Check availability and the status of a specific transfer on the platform’s official pages. This article reports Binance’s announcements and does not confirm uninterrupted availability for every asset–network pair.
