the brand's educational branch launched — the accelerated proprietary course “Fintech Ethics.” This stage was important because, in the crypto and fintech sectors, providing services alone is not enough: it is also necessary to raise professional and public awareness of the market and the level of financial literacy.

With the entry into force of the RA Law on Crypto Assets, the clarification of the regulatory environment, and new market requirements, we are relaunching the brand with an updated website, our own innovative digital transaction system, and a more organized infrastructure.
At this stage, particular importance is also given to the exclusive partnership signed with EasyPay, a payment and settlement company licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia, which opened up new possibilities for payment solutions, transaction convenience, and customer service.
Among the upcoming directions of development, important places are held by educational programs in the blockchain field, the expansion of business ties and partnerships, support for policy development and sector discussions, as well as the encouragement of research and innovative initiatives. These directions should help OurExchangeClub develop not only as a crypto asset buying and selling company, but also as a leading participant in Armenia's emerging crypto and Web3 environment.
